האתר הזה נועד לספר לכם על השירותים שאני מציעה, על הדרך שבה אני עובדת ועל הדברים שכדאי לדעת בתהליך. התנאים שלהלן מסבירים על מה אפשר להסתמך, מה מותר לעשות בתכנים ומה גבולות האחריות שלי.
1. קבלת התנאים
השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה. אם התנאים אינם מקובלים עליכם, אנא הימנעו משימוש באתר.
2. מי מפעיל את האתר
האתר מופעל על ידי שני קרוג, הפועלת תחת השם המסחרי SYO Interior Design.
תחום העיסוק: עיצוב פנים, תכנון וליווי רוכשי דירות, לרבות ליווי עיצובי ומסחרי לפני רכישת דירה מקבלן.
3. אופי התכנים באתר
התכנים באתר, ובכללם המאמרים, נכתבו כדי להסביר תהליכים ולעזור לכם לשאול את השאלות הנכונות. הם מידע כללי, והם אינם מהווים ייעוץ אישי ואינם מחליפים בדיקה של הדירה, התכניות והמפרט הספציפיים שלכם.
התכנים משקפים את הניסיון שלי נכון למועד הכתיבה. נהלים, עלויות ותנאים בשוק משתנים מעת לעת.
4. תמונות והדמיות
חלק מהתמונות באתר הן הדמיות ממוחשבות שנועדו להמחיש תכנון. ייתכנו הבדלים בין ההדמיה לבין הביצוע בפועל, בין היתר בגוונים, בחומרים, בתאורה ובפרטי הריהוט.
5. קניין רוחני
כל התכנים באתר - טקסטים, תמונות, הדמיות, תכניות, הלוגו ועיצוב האתר עצמו - הם קניין רוחני שלי או שנעשה בהם שימוש בהרשאה.
אתם מוזמנים לקרוא, לשתף קישור לעמוד ולצטט קטע קצר תוך ציון המקור וקישור אליו. כל שימוש אחר, ובכלל זה העתקה, פרסום מחדש, עריכה או שימוש מסחרי, טעון אישור שלי מראש ובכתב.
6. שימוש הוגן באתר
בשימוש באתר אתם מתחייבים לשמור על פעילותו התקינה, להימנע מניסיון לגשת לחלקים שאינם פתוחים לציבור ולהשתמש בו למטרות חוקיות בלבד.
7. פנייה דרך האתר
טופס יצירת הקשר פותח אצלכם הודעת דואר אלקטרוני מוכנה, ואתם ששולחים אותה אליי. פנייה דרך האתר, בטלפון, בוואטסאפ או במייל אינה יוצרת כשלעצמה התקשרות בינינו. התקשרות נוצרת בהסכם נפרד שייחתם בינינו.
8. קישורים לאתרים חיצוניים
באתר יש קישורים לאתרים ולפרופילים חיצוניים, ובהם עמודי הרשתות החברתיות שלי. אתרים אלה אינם בשליטתי, ואיני אחראית לתכנים או למדיניות שלהם.
9. זמינות האתר
אני עושה מאמץ לשמור על האתר זמין, תקין ומעודכן. ייתכנו הפסקות זמניות לצורך תחזוקה או מסיבות שאינן בשליטתי.
10. אחריות
המידע באתר ניתן כפי שהוא. אני משתדלת שיהיה מדויק ועדכני, ועם זאת איני נושאת באחריות לנזק שייגרם כתוצאה מהסתמכות על מידע כללי בלי בדיקה של הנסיבות הספציפיות שלכם.
11. שינויים בתנאים
אני רשאית לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. תאריך העדכון האחרון מופיע בראש העמוד, והנוסח המחייב הוא זה המפורסם באתר במועד השימוש.
12. דין וסמכות שיפוט
על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל בלבד, וסמכות השיפוט הייחודית בכל עניין הנוגע אליהם נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב או במחוז מרכז.

This site exists to tell you about the services I offer, the way I work and the things worth knowing along the way. The terms below explain what you can rely on, what you may do with the content, and where my responsibility ends.
1. Accepting these terms
Using this site means you accept these terms. If they are not acceptable to you, please do not use the site.
2. Who operates the site
This site is operated by Shani Krug, trading as SYO Interior Design.
Field of work: interior design, planning and guidance for home buyers, including design and commercial guidance before purchasing from a developer.
3. The nature of the content
The content on this site, the articles included, was written to explain processes and to help you ask the right questions. It is general information; it is not personal advice and it does not replace a review of your own apartment, plans and specification.
The content reflects my experience as at the time of writing. Procedures, costs and market conditions change from time to time.
4. Images and renderings
Some of the images on this site are computer renderings intended to illustrate a design. There may be differences between a rendering and the built result, among other things in colour, materials, lighting and furniture details.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site - text, photographs, renderings, plans, the logo and the design of the site itself - is my intellectual property or is used with permission.
You are welcome to read, to share a link to a page, and to quote a short passage while naming the source and linking to it. Any other use, including copying, republishing, editing or commercial use, requires my prior written permission.
6. Fair use of the site
In using the site you undertake to preserve its proper operation, to refrain from attempting to access parts that are not open to the public, and to use it for lawful purposes only.
7. Getting in touch through the site
The contact form opens a ready email message on your own device, and you are the one who sends it to me. An enquiry through the site, by phone, WhatsApp or email does not in itself create an engagement between us. An engagement is created by a separate agreement signed between us.
8. Links to external sites
The site links to external sites and profiles, including my social media pages. Those sites are outside my control, and I am not responsible for their content or their policies.
9. Availability of the site
I make an effort to keep the site available, working and up to date. There may be temporary interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside my control.
10. Liability
The information on this site is provided as is. I aim to keep it accurate and current; even so, I do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general information without a review of your own particular circumstances.
11. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The last updated date appears at the top of this page, and the binding version is the one published on the site at the time of use.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them lies with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District or the Central District.
