אני מאמינה שכל אדם זכאי לקבל שירות מלא, מכבד ועצמאי - ולכן השקעתי מאמץ בהנגשת האתר הזה. אם נתקלתם בקושי, אשמח מאוד שתספרו לי.
1. פרטי בעל העסק
האתר מופעל על ידי שני קרוג, הפועלת תחת השם המסחרי SYO Interior Design.
תחום העיסוק: עיצוב פנים, תכנון וליווי רוכשי דירות, לרבות ליווי עיצובי ומסחרי לפני רכישת דירה מקבלן.
2. אופי השירות והנגישות הפיזית
השירות ניתן בפגישות בבתי הלקוחות, באתרי הפרויקטים ובאמצעים מקוונים. לעסק אין מקום פיזי קבוע המשמש לקבלת קהל, ולפיכך הצהרה זו מתייחסת לנגישות השירות המקוון בלבד.
לקוחות הזקוקים להתאמה מיוחדת לצורך קיום פגישה - מוזמנים לפנות אליי מראש ואשמח למצוא פתרון מתאים.
3. תקן הנגישות שאליו האתר מכוון
האתר תוכנן ונבנה מתוך כוונה לעמוד בהנחיות התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568, המבוסס על WCAG 2.0 ברמת AA, וברוח תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.
במהלך הבנייה נבדקו ניגודיות הצבעים, ניווט מלא במקלדת, המבנה הסמנטי, הטקסט החלופי לתמונות וההתנהגות בשתי שפות האתר. האתר טרם נבדק על ידי מורשה נגישות מוסמך, ולכן אין בהצהרה זו משום אישור עמידה מלאה בתקן.
4. ההתאמות שבוצעו באתר
- מבנה סמנטי תקין והיררכיית כותרות ברורה, המאפשרים ניווט נוח בקוראי מסך
- ניווט מלא באמצעות מקלדת, כולל סימון ויזואלי בולט של האלמנט הממוקד
- קישור "דילוג לתוכן המרכזי" בראש כל עמוד
- יחסי ניגודיות בין טקסט לרקע העומדים בדרישות התקן
- טקסט חלופי לתמונות ולאלמנטים גרפיים
- אפשרות להגדלת הטקסט ללא אובדן תוכן או פגיעה בפריסה
- טפסים עם תוויות מקושרות, שדות חובה מסומנים והודעות שגיאה ברורות
- כיבוד העדפת מערכת ההפעלה להפחתת אנימציות
- הגדרת שפת העמוד וכיוון הכתיבה, כולל מעבר תקין בין עברית לאנגלית
- תפריט נגישות ייעודי, זמין בכל עמודי האתר
5. תפריט הנגישות
בפינת המסך מופיע כפתור נגישות, הפותח תפריט המאפשר:
- הגדלה והקטנה של גודל הטקסט
- מעבר למצב ניגודיות גבוהה
- הדגשת כל הקישורים באתר
- מעבר לגופן קריא יותר
- עצירת אנימציות ומעברים
- איפוס כל ההגדרות
ההגדרות נשמרות בדפדפן שלכם ונטענות אוטומטית בביקור הבא.
6. החרגות ומגבלות ידועות
למרות המאמץ להנגיש את כלל רכיבי האתר, ייתכן שיימצאו בו חלקים שטרם הונגשו במלואם, או תכנים חדשים שטרם עברו התאמה. אני פועלת לשפר זאת באופן שוטף.
בנוסף, האתר כולל קישורים לאתרים חיצוניים, ובהם עמודי הרשתות החברתיות שלי. אתרים אלה אינם בשליטתי, ורמת הנגישות שלהם נקבעת על ידי מפעיליהם.

I believe everyone deserves full, respectful and independent access to a service - which is why real effort went into making this site accessible. If you run into any difficulty, I would genuinely like to hear about it.
1. Business details
This site is operated by Shani Krug, trading as SYO Interior Design.
Field of activity: interior design, planning, and guidance for apartment buyers - including design and commercial guidance before purchasing from a developer.
2. Nature of the service and physical accessibility
The service is delivered at clients' homes, at project sites, and remotely. The business has no fixed physical premises open to the public, so this statement addresses the accessibility of the online service only.
Clients who need a specific accommodation in order to hold a meeting are welcome to contact me in advance and I will gladly find a suitable arrangement.
3. Accessibility standard
The site was designed and built with the intention of meeting the guidelines of Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA, and in the spirit of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 2013.
During the build, colour contrast, full keyboard navigation, semantic structure, alternative text for images and behaviour in both site languages were tested. The site has not yet been reviewed by a licensed accessibility expert, and this statement is therefore not a certification of full conformance.
4. Adjustments implemented
- Correct semantic structure and a clear heading hierarchy for screen-reader navigation
- Full keyboard navigation, with a prominent visual focus indicator
- A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page
- Text and background contrast ratios that meet the standard
- Alternative text for images and graphic elements
- Text can be enlarged without loss of content or layout integrity
- Forms with linked labels, marked required fields and clear error messages
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference
- Declared page language and text direction, with correct Hebrew-English switching
- A dedicated accessibility menu, available on every page
5. The accessibility menu
An accessibility button appears in the corner of the screen, opening a menu that allows you to:
- Increase or decrease text size
- Switch to high contrast mode
- Highlight all links
- Switch to a more legible typeface
- Stop animations and transitions
- Reset all settings
Your settings are saved in your browser and restored on your next visit.
6. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible, or new content may not yet have been adapted. We work to improve this on an ongoing basis.
The site also links to external sites, including my social media pages. Those sites are outside my control, and their level of accessibility is determined by whoever operates them.
